Do you need all of my content before you get started?

Yes, having a good understanding of of what content is to be presented on the website and the desired outcomes is the most critical part of any design process. We have to consider everything when creating a tailor-made responsive web solution specific to your business and content. The first step in the design process mapping out page structure and overall site architecture. This can only be achieved once we’ve had a chance to understand the relationship between the amount of content, text, images, sections, call-to-actions etc. needed.

How long does a website project usually take to complete?

This varies depending on the scope/size of the website, functionality that needs to be integrated and the existing assets (content and images) to hand, however the majority of our projects are generally completed within 12-16 weeks.

Do I have to use all your services or can I just get a site?

We say full service agency so you can use all or any of our services. If a site is all you need, you can just have a site.

What happens if I don’t like the initial design?

This is rare because of our in-depth discovery process along with the provision of different design concepts from the outset. You’ll have seen, amended and signed off various parts of the design approach before your site build is complete.

My current site is not on wordpress, do you work with any other platforms?

Though we exclusively choose to work with WordPress, believing its the most customisable and easy-to-use web development platform, we are able to work with other platforms so far as helping to migrate existing content, imagery and documentation. Unfortunately we prefer not to support or update non-Wordpress sites. If you’re concerned about the learning curve with a new WordPress site, don’t be. We provide all the documentation, resources and support you’ll need to become an expert WordPress wrangler in no time.
